my new vetor image for a book im creating, 50 drawings of a watch :D its comin along good!

its been a while since i last uploaded some artwork. ive been really busy with assignments at school, doing things like the image ive linked on this post. this is a vectorised photograph which was taken when i just got my eyebrow peirced (its not peirced anymore). a vectorised image is a heap of layers to make an image pretty much! theres around 100 layers in this image, the more the better i reckon! it came out cool. hopefully more artwork to come soon!

hi all!

hey hey hey! how are you! i thought id write a blog coz i have been a bit slack on the artwork side of things. very busy at skool. lots of artworks there, but i cant bring em home just yet! hopefully ill get to post em eventualy! we did life drawing the other day! it was...interesting... thats all i will say.
we are goin away this easter, n i plan on doing one of my assignments underwater with the camera, so i will post them. and also i plan on doin heapsa diving, which will also get posted!
im illustrating a book at the moment, which is keeping me very busy!

Aiit, its only about 5 mins since my last blog, but i couldnt help but upload some photos up of my underwater photography, 'in-the-water phtography' and some other random ocean photos.

More Art

I thought id add a few more artworks. the Bird Tattoo design and the lighthouse are recent artworks, but the pink floyd tapestry is quite an old one, but i like it, and i thought id share it with you!
im doing another artwork at the moment. its dedicated to slash, the guitarist from Gunners. pretty much like the pink floyd collaboration, but on A4 and not as 'perceptive' if i could use that word. i didnt meen to do this artwork, but it just turned out that way. i started with a skull, i put a slash top-hat on it, and then a pair of aviators, and that was it! its evolved from there. its quite a detailed artwork, with a picture of slash doing his signature solo move, and the band logos from his bands, Guns N Roses, Slash's Snakepit, and Velvet Revolver. i will eventually upload some drawings that i have done so far, but bare with me, this artworks gonna take a logn time!

Ok Ok! well, i have decided to pot some of my artwork up. my blog is only two days old, and its kinda coming on aiit, im workin on it! give me time!

My First bLOG

AHHH... well, right now im listening to Gun N' Roses, Live At The Ritz, by far the best gunners concert, raw and energetic, you can feel the booze flowing in that joint, its great. im in a class at the moment, studying Graphic Art, i just learned how to make a Flash movie. i made a ball bounce up and down. it was intriguing, that ball had alot going for it. but i ruined it by squashing it upon impact in mid-bounce.
well, i guess i better say a little about myself. im living in melbourne at the moment with my beautiful girl carly, whos studying at the circus, specialising in trapeze and hoola hoops.
i'm from merimbula in nsw, so is carly. its a good place, cruisy and laid back, but not as laid back as busselton in wa, which is where ive always lived. ive been to 16 schools all up, 4 different states i have lived in.
i love the ocean, i want to be a shark if that whole, 'come back as an animal' thing is true. i like diving, body boarding, taking underwater photos, swimming, watching waves, fishing. i like to draw, listen to tunes, like Pink Floyd, Guns N' Roses, Metallica, Muse, Led Zepplin, U2, Josh Pyke, Explosions In The Sky...god damn it! just go to my last.fm account...which is... http://www.last.fm/user/t_roybono_boy/ ... check it out, its cool!
anyway, my plan for this blog is to put up photos of my artwork (i like to draw), put up photos of underwater and random stuff. pretty much! IM OVER FACEBOOK AND MYSPACE, and i wanna try sumfin new and different. not that this is new and different, but it is to me! give me time, i will get this up and going (hopefully!) hope you enjoy it!
